1. The article may be edited for content.
2. The article needs to be a minimum of 300 words, and a maximum of 1200 words.
3. Make sure article is in your own words, please do not cut and paste information from another website.
4. If you would like to send a photo or photos, please attach them to the e-mail. Please only send photos which are yours or that you have permission to use.

Please allow a few days for your article to appear on the site, as we have to view and approve of it before it goes live.
